Revolve Collective is a character-first organisation, redefining what it means to support people well - in the classroom, in the workplace, and in life.

We specialise in three things: recruitment, relational support and training. Whether we’re placing the right person in a school, mentoring a young person at risk of exclusion, or equipping practitioners with the tools to lead with care, our approach is the same: centred, intentional, and aligned with the individual.
