We only collect what we need to support our work and stay compliant with legal requirements. This may include:​

  • Your name, contact details, and demographic info

  • Work history, references, and qualifications (for recruitment)

  • Bank details (if you’re employed or placed by us)

  • Feedback, images, or testimonials (only with consent)

 

We also collect anonymous website usage data and interactions via our social media channels.

​Why We Collect Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Deliver services, including recruitment and mentoring

  • Pay wages and manage compliance

  • Stay in touch with updates or opportunities (only if you opt in)

  • Improve what we do and show our impact

 

We do not sell your data. Ever.

We keep your data safe using secure systems, locked storage (where applicable), and trained staff who understand data protection. Only authorised people can access your information.

We also work with trusted partners (e.g., payroll and DBS checking providers) who must meet strict data protection standards.

  • Ask for corrections or (in some cases) deletion

  • Request that your data be shared with another provider (portability)

Please note: We can’t always delete data that has been lawfully published or that we’re required to keep for safeguarding, finance, or legal reasons. For example, if you’ve agreed for your story to be shared publicly, we can remove it from our platforms but may not be able to recall it from third parties (e.g., schools or media).
